Meet us in New Orleans Aug 10th-14th!
Fascia Integrators will be at the 7th International Fascia Research Congress in New Orleans, LA, Aug 10th-14th.
Fascia Integration
Fascia Integrator is a machine assisted treatment for Myofascial Pain Syndrome MPS. It is also the basis of treatment for other Musculoskeletal MSK issues including plantar fasciitis, tight calves, shin splints, knee issues, chronic stiff IT bands, sciatica, tennis or golfers elbow, carpal tunnel, impossible shoulder with neck pain and Sarcopenia.
Learning by online certification for this treatment is attainable with minimum effort producing excellent results. It is based on reactivating the Hyaluronic Acid HA derived from clinical studies. All bodywork clients and practitioners would benefit from this nonpareil treatment. Clients will finally receive closure to MSK. The majority of practitioners have discovered that follow up hand manipulations are usually not necessary or at least minimized thereby extending their careers.
At the end of this online course, you will master the foundations of using Fascia Integrator in your practice.
At the end of this online course, you will master the advanced techniques of the Fascia Integrator method.
Cliff Wong is available for one on one or group in person learning of Fascia Integrator techniques in Marin County, CA.
Fascia Integration was created to treat Myofascial Pain Syndrome (MPS) by utilizing therapies aimed at hyaluronic acid (HA) self-regulation and promoting fascia and muscle tissue repair. This will be accomplished with machine-assisted manual therapies (MAMT), based on research of HA reactivation using weighted compression and tangential shearing. In addition, the symbiotic use of myofascial decompression (cupping) will be demonstrated.
The unique tool used to achieve this is a nonpareil commercial buffer.
In an ideal environment, the “healthy” body normally produces and regulates hyaluronic acid; however when the body no longer provides this function, it leads to fascia adhesions and MPS. Ultimately the source of all MPS is HA malfunction. The body’s musculoskeletal structure consists of 11 layers of: epidermides, dermis, superficial adipose tissue (superficial retinacula cutis), superficial fascia, deep adipose tissue (deep retinacula cutis), deep aponeurotic fascia, epimysium, muscles, perimysium, compact bone and spongy bone. HA generation is located in the deep aponeurotic fascia. Superficial treatments for Myofascial Pain Syndrome will not affect the HA. Only MAMT can sustain the reactivation of HA. Another benefit of this treatment is resetting the sympathetic nervous system to a healthy level of response, previously impacted by trauma, MSK overuse, underuse and misuse.
Since 2018, over 2,000 clients have received this treatment with stable results. The only reoccurring results are when clients subject themselves to new MPS symptoms after the initial treatment.
In summary, manual MPS treatments are limited because they are not physically sustainable as they target symptoms rather than the source.
The treatment protocol consists of:
(1) restoring the hyaluronic acid regulation in all Myofascial meridians with MAMT; and
(2) targeting the fascia adhesions by targeting the fibrotic bridges with strategic myofascial decompression.
Fascia Integration course objectives include training in:
(1) how to use MAMT with proper body mechanics at decisive angles, in combination with
(2) recognizing strategic petechiae patterns from myofascial decompression and
(3) how to address the source of pain, rather than the symptoms.
In summary, manual MPS treatments are limited as they are not physically sustainable because they target symptoms rather than the source. The MAMT demonstrated are a viable solution for pain resolution and restored body movement.
